Stumped on the gas petal a couple times and got it to crank but while driving it was jerking like it wanted to cut off but never did. I'm thinking maybe I have some gasoline in my purge valve

do you have a scan tool?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No im just the owner of the car
Expert:  david craig replied 1 month ago.

it could be a fuel pump, a fuel filter a fuel pressure regulator, clogged fuel injectors, crank position sensor, cam position sensor, ignition coils, spark plugs, loose wring, etc..... you need to have it scanned for fault codes. with doing that there is not much i can do for you unless you have a meter and are somewhat electrically inclined.
