Key got stuck in ignition. Was able to get it out, however

Customer Question

Key got stuck in ignition. Was able to get it out, however ignition lock cylinder would not turn. Drilled it out and replaced with new gm ignition cylinder set to my original key. While getting initial ignition cylinder out I accidently drilled into ignition switch. Went to Junk yard and replaced ignition switch. New ignition cylinder won't turn all the way off without pressing the unlock button, under the steering column. Biggest problem, when I go to start car, I hear a weird noise, almost like a bad solenoid, car starts to chime, then warning lights cycle, low brake fluid, low washer fluid, awd, security, they all cycle until I turn car off. Try to start car again and same scenario happens. ???
