JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: It's blowing fine on passengers side it's to do with the blend door
JA: What year is your Grand Prix?
Customer: 1998
JA: Are you fixing your Grand Prix yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I tried pulling fuse to reset but didn't work
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
