so the radiator, thermostat, hoses were replaced due to a coolant leak? and now the fan isnt coming on and the low coolant light is on?

where was the leak the you found?
in the engine compartment?
ok so as it stands right now the coolant system is full?
ok. whats your main concern? the fan not working or the low coolant light? in other words which one do you want to tackle first?
ok. now does the fan come on when you turn the ac on?
ok then we got issues. let me pull a print of the system. have you checked the connectors up at the fans by the radiator to make sure they are plugged in?
so the radiator cooling fan is working. the condenser cooling fan is not

the low speed is the radiator fan, but should kick to high when temp gets up.

have you checked those fuses?
can you pull them and see if they are blown?
or are they the square ones with plastic tops?
