Hello and welcome! I would go right to the fuel pump relay and check for two powers and one ground going into the relay on the female pins. Once this happens and the relay is plugged in, the contacts inside the relay will close and send power out the fourth wire to the fuel pump. One power comes from the F/P injector fuse 48 and the other comes from the PCM.

I have ground out of relay and I also have ground to all 3 ground points, checked all the wires all good ,also checked connections at pcm all look good.

So is the fuel pump relay getting power?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
it is getting constant power and getting control circuit power
Expert:  Amedee replied 3 months ago.

So it is getting two powers?

Expert:  Amedee replied 3 months ago.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
it has ground
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
hello are you still there
Expert:  Amedee replied 3 months ago.

Ok, good. If it has a ground, then the relay should be avtivating and sending power out to the fuel pump.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
right but it is not
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I even put direct power to the pump still nothing
Expert:  Amedee replied 3 months ago.

If thats the case and it has a good ground, the fuel pump is bad

but isn't there suppose to be a ground coming from the computer
Expert:  Amedee replied 3 months ago.

No sir.

You said it has ground.. so thats not the problem.

In addition, the computer powers up the relay.. not ground it.
