Customer Question

It started overheating and I noticed one of the belts is very thin and worn out.
JA: Have you checked the coolant? Have you checked for a leak in the cooling system?
Customer: I added coolant a few days ago all was good until today. That's when I noticed the belt
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: It also looked like coolant had been splattered all around.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: And yes. I hope to fix it myself.
