Customer Question

The battery is brand new and dies every night. We normally just hook it up and it starts. Today it just cranks and won't fire
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: Yes
JA: What is the model/year of your Pontiac?
Customer: 2002, we just had ignition replaced last week and they reprogrammed everything and it ran fine until Wednesday
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I'd hope to fix it myself. We've already put $1300 into and haven't driven it more than 7 days since we bought it
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: We had all four brake pads, calipers, and rotors replaced at that time too
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Pontiac Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
