Customer: No the engine doesn't turn over battery is 1 year old and fully charged now already checked that , it was completely dead do I need to reset something ?

Ok we just got the key out by using the manual switch located under the steering column but my car still will not start and it has a full charged battery is there a security feature that is halting my car starting due to the battery being completely dead before we charged it
