Before we go any further I am not too happy that I've been charged $11 already. I was told it would be a $5 deposit and $16 if I was satisfied with the answer what's going on?

I resolved the problem myself. I agreed to pay a $5 deposit but please refund anything else that you charged me. The last message I got said that I had been charged $11.
