I need to replace the driver's side mirror on a 2006 pontiac

Customer Question

I need to replace the driver's side mirror on a 2006 pontiac torrent.
JA: Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: My daughter knocked it off by hitting a trashcan. I have the replacement part. I was just looking for a schematic or some sort of procedure to help fix it.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: Yes. I am. I'm an engineer, so I figured I could do it myself.
JA: Great! What have you tried so far?
Customer: I haven't really. I was researching before I just jumped in and messed something up.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Pontiac Mechanic should know about your Pontiac?
Customer: No. It's been a great car for my daughter.
JA: I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Pontiac Mechanic about your situation and connect you two.
