Hello I will help you with your question,

You are looking at the passenger compartment side?

That is the vacuum to run the door motors on the heat/AC system. YOu should have a controller mounted near the heater box to the right that it connects to?

Expert:  George H. replied 9 months ago.

There is a vacuum reservoir that is on the right side of the heater box, you should have a line from the firewall to that reservoir and one from the reservoir to the controls.

Let me know what I can do to help you with this

Thank you
