Customer Question

Hi. I have a 383 Stroker engine in my 1980 Trans Ma. I put the key in and all the lights and everything works. I turn the key and the starter clicks and nothing happens. Then nothing works for 15 minutes or so. I can keep doing this. I put in a new starter and a new battery and does the same thing.

Double check battery cable connections at battery, starter and at engine block (negative). You likely have a bad connection. If the connections are good then I suspect a bad cable.
