Any experience with Grand Prix hvac? Vent door actuator not

Customer Question

Any experience with Grand Prix hvac? Vent door actuator not working in the car but will function when hooked up to a 12v test station. Connector to actuator only has three wires- black, brown, yellow. #9 pin is empty but seems necessary when moving actuator at test station.
Question 1- how many wires (and what color) go in to actuator?
Question 2- where are the wires routed from?
