I have power to my pass. Side window but it only goes down from both switch but won't go up

The drivers side switch supplies the ground circuit for both directions (up and down) If one set of the contacts in the switch is bad, there will be no ground circuit. Sounds like you have a bad drivers side window switch. All the wiring is okay since both switches can operate the window in the down position. Replacing the drivers side master window switch should fix your problem.
