Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If you have a single speaker with no sound yet the speaker, radio and amp have been replaced then you pretty certainly have a wiring issue. If the parts were used then there is a possibility you bought a bad replacement part, but it's not that likely that you'd install another part with the same issue as the original. What I would recommend next is testing the speaker signal wire from the amp to the radio for an open circuit or short to power or ground.
