Why is may air condition on my 2004 Pontiac bonneville only work one the passenger side coming out at 58 degrees along with the rear?

Just to make sure I am understanding... the A/C is working correctly everywhere except the driver's side, is this correct?

Yes that is correct it blows hot on the driver side and cold on the passenger side. Some times the blower won't work unless you hit one spot on the dash board. I just want to know what is going on and how to fix it.
