Keep smelling like radiator is burning. Cannot get passed emissions testing. Failed codes are P0128, P0171, P0404 & P0405.

The code P0128 may be due to low coolant level. Is the radiator low on coolant? If so, there may be a coolant leak and that is what you are smelling.
The P0171 is a lean fuel condition on bank 1 which is the bank where the #1 spark plug is.
That could be due to a vacuum or exhaust leak.
Both the P0404 and P0405 refer to the EGR valve.

I have a tsb that might fix the egr codes, click here. I describes replacing the EGR Valve/Gasket/Pipe/Wiring Harness Connector and then Reprogram the PCM. The egr problem might be causing the too lean condition also.If you are running without a thermostat or the coolant level is low, that is most likely what caused the P0128.
