Welcome! My name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you with this problem.
I am sorry for the long wait
do you have a multi meter or test light on hand ?
with the low beam headlights set to ON where they should be lit up on low beam can you see if the fuses # ***** and # ***** show 12 volts at them in the under hood fuse box and also make sure both those fuses are not blown
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes they both are 12 volts don't have a multi meter on hand but will try and purchase one tomorrow. I had Auto Zone Check all my fuses and changed bulbs, but still did not work. when I came home I got a ratchet set and took the entire headlight out and one light did come on, but when I tried to make it to work they went back off.

double check those fuses with a multi meter
if those fuses show 12 volts then at the head light bulbs with the low beam on see if the yellow wires are 12 volts and see if the black is a good ground

ok will do tomorrow and let you know ASAP thanks have a good night
