ok remove the fuel pump relay and when CRANKING it over 2 terminals that the fuel pump relay connects into should show power can you check for that?

Customer replied 270 days and 5 hours ago.

I had to go out of town and was not able to check the relay connector for power. I would like to know after checking and there is power or no power what to do with the vehicle. Where I am working is not close to where my computer is located. If you could please give me a few thing to do if it have power or not sir.

ok if the key is just on you should have power at one terminal at the fuel pump relay.if not then check the fule pump 15 amp fuse in the underhood fuse box.if you have that power then when cranking another one of those terminals should have 12 volts when cranking if you do not have that there is a wiring problem from the computer to the raly or possibly a bad computer.if you have that power also then another terminal should be a good ground if that is good then either the relay is bad or the GREY wires from the relay to the fuel pump is badgraphic

I done what you said to do and there was fire for 2 sec at the fuel pump harness and at the fuse and relay. When I check the fuel pump I found a wire that was not connected good and inside the fuel pump assembly that plugs into the harness. After repairing the harness I have a working fuel pump with pressure at the fuel rail. The spark plugs are firing but the vehicle is not cranking. Any more suggestions will be greatly appreciated because this van has worn me out.
