do you have a multi meter ? or a test light ? and the engine physically will not crank over?will the starter make any noise at all ?

Customer replied 289 days and 4 hours ago.

I have neither of those tools. No, no noise whatsoever.

ok we need to see if we are getting 12 volts to the little purpel wire that connects to the starter when you hold the key to crank.since you dont have any test tools try to jump with a pair of pliers or a srewdrivers from the big power wire on the solenoid that comes from the battery to the purple wire terminal and see if it cranks.you may see a few little sparks when you do this that is normal.also try to crank it over with the shifter in Neatral.

It won't turn over in neutral either. But if the jump with pliers doesn't work, whats the next step?

if you jump it and it will NOT crank over at all make sure you can turn the engine over by hand just to eliminate and physical things.if it turns over by hand and when you jumped it and it did NOT crank then there is a bad battery or a bad battery connection or a bad positive or negative battery cable
