How much transmission fluid and oil does a 2002 pontiac bonneville sle take. Is it simple to replace the seal on the transmission pan? Thanks

Yes its very easy to replace the bottom pan gasket. It just makes a mess.
It takes approx. 7.4 quarts to fill after the bottom pan has been removed but I like to start out with 6.5 Qts and top it off when it warms up after you shift through the gears.
If you replace the filter in there, Make sure the seal for the filter gets installed in right. Let me know if you need anything else.
