97 Pontiac Grand Prix: heater core..diagrams..the dash, console and

This answer was rated:

I have a '97 Pontiac Grand Prix and I need to replace the heater core. What I need is detailed instructions, diagrams, and/or pictures on how to remove the dash, console and whatever else needs to be removed. I have no clue as to how to begin. Please help.

This is not to bad of job, as labor shows apprx 3 hours
There will be a number of things that Pontiac does not show, which is common sense or mechanical ability / knowledge, like Heater Hose disconnect, engine cover removal, battery disconnect, etc.
So it will be hard to give you "specific" Step by Step instructions
Would you like me to post what is in Manual??

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Yes, please let me know what is in the manual, plus pictures (if available).
Thank you,
Jon

Thank you ...............

It has been a few years, but I do not think you have to remove dash "complete"
I included DASH just in case you need to remove other components

Here is what Pontiac shows
