1997 Trans Am and the low coolant light stays..radiator..light comes

Resolved Question:

I have a 1997 Trans Am and the low coolant light stays on. The level is not low and the radiator is full. The light comes on after about 5 mins of driving. What could the problem be?

hi, if you have the sensor in the reserve tank try tapping the tank to get the float unstuck, if you have the one on the radiator check the connection at the sensor if that is good then replace the sensor...guy...
