the will not start cold i live ca. so not that cold but if i squert some starting fluid in the manifold and get the engine to its ok when warm it runs good i did change the plugs and wires and the water temp sending unit

Hello again,

Check for codes and data, have someone to clean the mass airflow sensor for you if the vehicle actually has one.
Clean the throttle body, IAC motor and inspect the operation of the O2 sensors.
Install a new fuel filter and air filter if required.
I also have a suspicion that the fuel pump may need to be replaced. Check the fuel pressure it must be 358-405 kPa (52-59 psi) for the V6 engine and 345-414 kPa (50-60 psi) for the 4 cylinder engine.
If the pressure is low then replace the pump.
