I was just online with someone and was going to enter my email and password ***** had already put in my credit card number and somehow got knocked offline. Do I need to start all over again?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Getting cut off, just a few minutes ago.?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself? What confuses you?
Customer: Yes. We are trying to find out what code 91 means.

Customer: This is the 2 or 3rd time this has happened. Before, we would power down from the breaker box, the turn it back on. We would power the inside box and reset it. In the past this has worked, but now that is not working. The person we had gotten in touch with through JUST ANSWER asked if we had checked the filter. My husband is doing that now.
