My radiant hot water heater seems to be on more time than off is this correct or do I have a problem?

Do you have thermometers mounted on the incoming and outgoing lines? There should be about a 20 degree temperature difference. That's Fahrenheit I'm in the states. If you are getting around that then its all good and just cold enough to need to run that often

If the temp difference is less than that then it shouldn't be running that often. If the difference is more then you should change the temps to get less heat loss.

it is thermostatic control al encased no thermometers it is probably different to the USA thanks anyway
