I have a rheem draft induced hot water heater model #43vp40se2 installed 2 years ago.I am putting an addition on my house and need to change the exhast venting through a crawl space under the addition.How long can the run be and how many degree,s of bendcan there be? What size pipe ? and if I go larger will it help?

Assuming where you are is below 2000' in elevation you can run 2" a max of 32' with 3 90 degree elbows. Each additional 90 deducts 6' from that length. If you go 3" you can go 75' with 5 90's with each additional 90 = 5'
