I'm not familiar with this toilet. I'm going to open this up to my colleagues so one of them can help. Please don't respond (even to acknowledge this post)until you get a response from us. If you respond first it will only delay your answer.

Hello,my name is ***** ***** i look forward to helping you! Is this a one piece toilet, meaning the tank and bowl are one piece?

Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

San Rafael is the model I believe. We had an entire subdivision with these spec'd out by the architect. We had to replace the entire pump assembly in about 30 of them. We started to just replace the toilet with new standard toilets

Customer: replied 4 months ago.

the pump can be easily remove from the toilet. my issue is the pump flush by itself.

Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

Then it can be replaced. Its a problem Kohler has had with them. You can order a new pump, and that's about it.
