Have a Ge profile osmosis filtration system. Snaitized it

Customer Question

Have a Ge profile osmosis filtration system. Snaitized it with sanitizing cartridges. Replaced both filtration cartridges. Did not replace RO cartridge. Waited four hours. No water coming out. Water is on. Can RO cartridge be clogged.

Yes, but not likely your problem.

Is this a whole house filtration system?

Expert:  WCohn replied 10 months ago.

It sounds to me like its a smaller point of use unit is that correct?

Are you still there Frank?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Cancel. This is more trouble than me figuring it out myself. Not worth the effort. Not happy.

Hold on I think I know your issue

Look at this its right out of your manual

Expert:  WCohn replied 10 months ago.

R.O. systems take a very long time to produce water. You don' notice this when you have a storage tank that is full, however when you empty the system like you have you have to wait for it to fill the tank again.
