A phone call is an additional charge. We can probably resolve this here. Grab the bell shaped base below the cross handle and turn it counter clockwise. The base should unscrew and the handle will come with it, assuming it hasn't seized up. If it doesn't come off by hand you can try a strap wrench

Another Plumer came and he figured it out. Had to move the 2 cross handler out first. Then the top came off. The bell shape would still not turn until you had to remove another hidden screw from the top part on the inside. Only then the bell shape would turn.
