How do I blow out the tankless Norwitz to get all the dust out of the heating area?

You want to vacuum the dust/debris out. You can access the top of the heat exchanger through the vent connector after you disconnect the flue/vent piping on top of the unit. If you want to get to the burners you need to remove the heat exchanger and you'll need anew gasket between the exchanger and the burner assembly to put it back together. This is general info for Noritz units. Some units might be slightly different.
