I have a geospring water heater that will not power up, it is 1.5 yrs old. I have tried resetting the breaker and the red button thermal limit under the top cover. I also have checked and there is proper voltage what else can i try?

By checking proper voltage did you
mean at the heater or to the heater?
If you mean no power at all ( can't check mode)
check the connections at the heater
Test voltage at the connection on heater
for proper voltage 120 each leg
220/240 from leg to leg
If voltage is good trouble is in
heater and will need to be professionally
repaired.
