When I went into the shower on the same floor there was 3-4 inches of raw sewage in it. Just got finished with the bucket brigade. I'm due to drive out of town in 4 hours and had planned on getting some sleep.... What's my next move?m

You're describing the classic symptoms of a main line stoppage. The main line will need to be snaked with a large motorized snake. The best option would be to call a drain cleaning service. They are best equipped to deal with this problem.
