If you have water backing up you have a stoppage of some kind. When does the water back up?
Your best bet would be to snake out the line with a power snake
water come back up the drain when the washer starts to drain
you have at least a partial stoppage in the washer drain line
the drain can't handle the flow of the washer pumping the water out under pressure
you need to snake the line
could the line not being vented properly
causeing the gergle
perhaps but this would have been an ongoing problem from day 1
more likely the stoppage is obstructing the vent
thats just it i dont see any vents on that of the house and it always gergeld when it drained?
if it always gurgled then it was never vented properly but you still need to snake the washing machine line.
ok thanks for your time i guess i will call a plumber
