Is your water not as hot as before? the hot water doesn't last as long? or is the flow not as good?
hot water doesn't last as long
You could have a faulty element or thermostat in the water heater or possibly a broken dip tube.
You would need a multi-meter to test for a problem thermostat or element
You would need to cut the cold water line and look inside the tank for a broken dip tube
we don't that are we stuck?
You will probably need to call in a plumber to check this out for you or you could replace the thermostats and elements yourself but that still leaves the broken dip tube as a possibility
OK sounds like we have a problem Is it usual to omly have a two year heater?
It can happen but it is very unusual
