Hello I'm Mike. I'll be glad to help you with this issue.
Do you have any exposed pipe outside? Are all you're pipes inside?
All pipes are inside
Basement, attic, or crawlspace?
basement and attic
is the attic insulated. Are the pipes in the attic insulated?
no pipes in attic - attic is insulated
do you have running water?
there i running water - not faucets on right now
if you can trickle hot and cold water on each faucet in the house then you will be fine. Running water is almost impossible to freeze
make sure to run the HOT and COLD because HOT freezes faster then cold water
I am too far from house to go do that right now. I should add that the temperature today was approx 40 deg farenheit. It will go down slowly to a low of 19 deg for about an hour or so and start climbing back to the low twenties before reaching a high of 30 deg tomorrow
Once the temperature drops below 36 its susceptible to freezing within a few hours. If all the water lines are inside in an insulated house it will delay pipe freezing for a good while. However if you do have any exposed piping it will be the first to freeze and possibly burst upon thawing.
