I have a kohler 81100 pressure-clean flushometer tank system. When I flush the "white" valve comes up but will not pop back down to seal the system so it will fill with water. I must lightly push it downward, then it will fill and stop for the next flush. How can I fix this problem?Eray
Already Tried: I have tried WD40 on any working parts, does not work
you must get a new cartdrig
you can call 1-800-4kohler and they will send you a new one usualy free of charge
it is highly not recomended to do any adjustments this warining is from kohler
Experience: Master Plumber, Fire Sprinkler, and Jobbing Spec.
I was told by our regular plumber that this model is discontinued and no parts are available, it was new in 1991 and installed in this new home in 1993, your thouthts along those lines?Eray
I just need to know that you are checking into my last question about the year of the unit and that Kohler does not have repair parts?Eray
kohler can get the parts! but they ususaly give the owner a certificate for 250.00 to be redeamed for a new Toilet
if you cant get the part from kohler go to www.dinapoli.com
they will have it you may have to call them on the phone
