I have lost water pressure in my shower, it is now just trickling

Resolved Question:

I have lost water pressure in my shower, it is now just trickling out, is it anything to do with the cold weather as it has just started over the past week or two?

If you have good pressure everywhere else in the house then there is possibly some trash(dirt) stuck in the screen of your shower head that is slowing the flow of water down. You can unscrew your shower head and clean it out and that might solve the slow water pressure.
