Customer Question

i was attempting to increase the water pressure on my worcester 28cdi as it had fallen below 1 bar, however as I was filling it,it quickly went up to 3 bar, I then turned the pressure relief valve and it fell below I bar again , I repeated the procedure but stopped filling when it got to 1.5 bar. I went back in the room 15mins later and the pressure has fallen to 0. I attempted to re fill the unit as the water was flowing the pressure releif valve started rattling and banging .the needle had not lifted from 0 during this time. I released some pressure and it stopped . I have now switched the electricity feed off to the unit ,do I need to turn the gas off ? i am concerned that this could be dangerous. your input would be much appreciated.
