There is a couple ways you can go about trying to get rid of the sound. You can try closing down or opening the angle stop valve that feeds the water into the toilet. Also you may want to check and see if your home is equipped with a preassure regulating valve at the mainline going into your home outside you can control water preassure there also by screwin in and out the nut/bolt Or you may just need to replace the fill valve all together.
