Customer Question

I have an old Drayton Tempus 3 Heating Programmer which has just stopped working. The display is still visable although the clock has stopped at the time it has frozen. None of the buttons are working when pressed. Any ideas. There is a fuse box next to the programmer with a 3 amp fuse which we will try replacing tonight. Any other ideas??
