HiCustomerbr />If you have a tub stopper that pops up when you flip the lever on the overflow then all you need to do is pull the stopper up and out. Here is a picture of what the insides look like.graphic

Often hair will accumulate on the spring shaped coil. This is probably what is stopping the water from going down. If you remove the screws from the overflow plate you can pull this assembly out and usually the hair comes with it. If this doesn't work then the drain will need to be snaked.

i dont have this kind of stopper mine is the one u push down and rubber seal sunction closes it and then push again and unseals it...when i put a screwdriver down the drain it doesnt go down but maybe an inch somethings is stopping it

Your tub drain still looks like the drawing above only there is no mechanism inside the pipe.
You should be able to remove your type of stopper by unscrewing the stopper in a counter clockwise direction. Sometimes they seize up and you can't unscrew them. The stoppage is probably further down the line than what is shown in the drawing. You will probably still need to remove the overflow plate and run a snake through the line from there.

It sounds like you have done all you can. You will probably need to call a drain cleaning service.
