If you run the disposal and the water will it go down ?

No it just back up more...we took the water out as much as we could with a bucket and even tried plunging it and it just keeps coming up...well the water that is left

Ok the next thing to do is take the p traps apart

Use a bucket under them and take them apart for debris

ok i undid the joint that connects the 2 sinks and there is no water in that now...water came out...it is all clear.

ok did that and more water came out and the only pipe left goes away from the sink.

Mostly water...a few bits but nothing that seemed to be a reason to clog anything.
