Thank you for the picture. There is a difference between the two halves of your face as there is in most people. Facial assymetry is not unusual. To determine the extent, you need to have facial bone xrays performed. The differences can be improved by surgery if the patient wants. Facial assymetries can occur at birth or can develop later in life. You need to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to have an evaluation as to what surgery may help.
