You would be a candidate for this procedure, tummy tuck, if you have very loose skin on your lower abdomen and if you are not planning to become pregnant or gain significant weight in the near future ( as this will cause the skin to stretch out again). Also,you should be in good Health. All plastic surgeons ,especially if they are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, are trained in "tummy tuck" surgery and the cost vary from around 5 to 7,000 dollars,depending on where it is done, the anesthesia & operating room costs and skills of the plastic surgeon. Insurance is unlikely to cover the cost, unless there is massive weight loss (often 100 pounds) or after delivery of twins,or more.
