i recently heard about this new technology for liposuction called vaser i would like your advise concerning this issue although am interested in removing the fat in my tummy am 84kg 175kg.and if this could be done with local anesthesia

The Vaser liposuction can be performed under local aneshthesia (with close monitoring and often sedation) in an outpatient situation with healing of the suctioned areas in a few days. With your age and weight satisfactory, you would seem to be a good candidate and should expect the procedure to help eliminate any bulges (weight loss alone cannot be expected). A plastic surgeon trained in this technique and certified will be able to examine you and determine with you what you should expect, how the procedure will be done, any risks and options which you should be aware of.
