I have a cs-6719 phone and I purchased a compatible Vtech

I have a cs-6719 phone and I purchased a compatible Vtech extension phone. After registering the new phone, the other phones volume is low on everything. what can I do to fix this?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: believe 2014 date
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: ever since I registered the phone, I unregistered both phones and registered them again, same thing happens. Before i registered them I tested the volume and had no problem with both phones. only get the problem on the 1st phone 2nd gets the problem.
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?

You may have inadvertently turned down the volume on the old phone.

To turn the volume back up again, push the UP arrow button whilst on a call.
