1) The FULL Model Number of the phone/fax system you are working with? That model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN system. (the model sent appears to be for a cordless handset).
2) WHEN did this system last work properly and what has CHANGED since that time?
3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
