just installed ATT wireless phone. Changed from Vtech. Ans machine not
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: not much
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: had no trouble with old Vtech phone picking up messages. Message are picked up on the new ATT phone, but not on the actual base answering machine.

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

IF you still need help with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Model Number of BOTH phone systems you are working with? If these are cordless systems, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base for each system.

2) Do you still have the Vtech system connected to the phone line?

3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
