To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) Is the answering system NOT picking up the calls at all?
2) Do you have a DIFFERENT phone available - such as a cell phone or neighbor's phone - that you can use to place TEST calls to the Panasonic phone number?
3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
4) What part of the MENU system is only showing 2 digits?
